When are fees due?

Payment is due prior to a student commencing classes. For anyone opting for a payment plan, the first payment needs to be made before the student begins.

Invoices are emailed upon enrolment, or approximately 3 weeks prior to the start of each term, with fees being due prior to the commencement of the term.

 

Sibling discount
We offer a sibling discount of 10% for each additional child that is charged to the same account. The discount is taken off the student with lesser fees.

 

Payment plans
We welcome payment of term fees by regular automatic payments. There is an annual $15 admin fee for payment plans, invoiced in the term the student commences. Select the payment plan option that suits you best when completing the enrolment form, or please email lamuseaccounts@yahoo.co.nz  if you wish to make an arrangement.

Payments can be made weekly, fortnightly or monthly and we will calculate the amount needed to cover fees with all fees to be paid before 1 December.
 

Where are fees paid to?
Our bank account details are indicated on your invoice for paying online. Please include the invoice number (eg. INV-1234) and the students name with all payments.  No cash or payments of any kind to be given to teachers during class. They are too busy teaching!

What other costs are involved?

There is an enrolment fee of $10 which is paid in the students first term.

 

Term 4 has a show levy, which each student pays to participate in the end of year production (the amount is dependent on the number of genres and costumes a student requires).

 

Exam and assessment fees are additional to term fees, and need to be paid in full in order for students to be entered into the exams. Information regarding exam fees is given as early as we can to assist with financial planning.

 

Uniform costs are additional.

Refund policy

Refunds may be available if an enrolment is cancelled before classes begin. The enrolment fee is non-refundable. For classes cancelled within the first 2 weeks of term, a 50% refund may be approved. Beyond week 2 of each term, no refunds are given.
